Consulting
Whether you are looking for vendor recommendations, assistance with budget development, theme development, or for some direction on where to start, PPPlanning can help you with a One-Time Consultation appointment or Ongoing Consultation Service. We can consult you as needed, or we can assist you throughout your wedding planning process.
The initial consultation normally takes 2 hours including an initial telephone consultation prior to meeting in person.
Pricing
Consultation Services start at $150 for the first hour, and $50 for each hour thereafter. The consultation fee is waived entirely if you choose to hire PPPlanning as your wedding coordinator.
Day of / Month of Coordination
Every Bride should enjoy her wedding, so should your bridesmaids, parents and your guests, without the worry of ensuring everything is taken care of. Having the help of a professional wedding coordinator from PPPlanning will ensure your wedding dreams are realized and that you can relax and enjoy the most important day of your life.
A PPPlanning wedding coordinator will meet with you prior to the wedding day to create a timeline, we can provide a coordinator at the wedding rehearsal, at the ceremony, we can also coordinate your photoshoot as well as the wedding reception.
Pricing
Wedding Day/Month Coordination Services start at $700 for up to 8 hours of service, and $50 for each hour thereafter.
Full Wedding Coordination
PPPlanning will work with you every step of the way from the planning stage to execution to help make your wedding dreams come true while staying within your budget. Having a professional wedding coordinator handle all the arrangements of your event will relieve that extra pressure on your already busy schedule, and will give you peace of mind knowing all the details are being paid attention to.
Our services will include (but are not limited to): theme development, budget development, wedding day timeline development, vendor recommendations, booking arrangements, finalizing orders with vendors, and providing direction on wedding etiquette. PPPlanning can also provide a professional coordinator at the wedding rehearsal, at the ceremony, we can also coordinate your photoshoot as well as the wedding reception, and an emergency kit on site.
Pricing
Full Wedding Consultation Services are calculated at 10% of your final wedding budget (minimum of $1,000 applies).
