I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Our items are custom made for you. If a mistake was made on your item by us please notify us with 48 hours upon receipt with a photo of the item. Otherwise, we can not accept returns or exchanges. Perishable items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If perishable item is damaged during shipping and requesting a refund, the item needs to be returned at your shipping cost to receive the refund.
Please ensure to verify all information prior to placing your order. Verify spelling of names, dates, and chosen colours you would like used to customize your item. Please email for a request to change any information. Changes are not guaranteed once order has been placed.
Please ensure the correct mailing address has been provided. If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information a fee of $12.00 will be charged. Thank you in advance for understanding our policies.
Delivery
We use Canada Post to ship items. We are not responsible if the mail carrier does not deliver your package on time. Most shipments arrive within their time line. Please look at the different shipping options. No tracking options means it cannot be traced and these packages are non refundable if lost or stolen. Due to COVID-19 deliveries may be delayed.
